Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to manage timelines, resources, and budgets while keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
