Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources,and information.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, budgets)
• Support team members with task coordination and follow-ups

Required Skills:

. Basic understanding of project management concepts.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Good organizational and time management abilities
. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination / project management / operations
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certification like CAPM or PMP (optional but a plus)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
