- Assist in developing training programs for farmers on modern, sustainable, and climate-smart farming practices.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to align goals and resolve issues.
- Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned for reporting and knowledge-sharing.
