Are you an organised and proactive Project Coordinator looking to develop your career within a busy and growing project management environment?

I'm currently recruiting for two Project Coordinator positions with a specialist project management consultancy that delivers projects across the UK. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Coordinating project information and documentation

✅ Tracking actions, programmes and project progress

✅ Organising meetings and producing accurate minutes

✅ Supporting project reporting and administration

✅ Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants

✅ Assisting Project Managers across multiple live projects

✅ Helping ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and within deadlines

Who we're looking for:

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities. You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and keeping projects moving forward.

We're particularly interested in candidates with project coordination, project support or project administration experience, ideally gained within:

🏗️ Construction

🏢 Consultancy

🛠️ Fit-out and refurbishment

📐 Property or built environment sectors

Experience supporting project delivery, managing documentation and working closely with project teams will be highly valued.
