Project Manager – Austin, TX

Some projects run smoothly because someone is keeping track of the details, making sure people are communicating, and dealing with problems before they become bigger issues. We’re looking for a Project Manager in Austin, TX who enjoys bringing people together, turning plans into action, and keeping projects moving in the right direction. You’ll work with different teams to organize priorities, track progress, solve problems, and make sure deadlines stay within reach.

You’ll coordinate people, priorities, deadlines, and resources while working with different teams to make sure everyone understands what needs to happen next. It’s an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility, and seeing a project come together through good planning and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and responsibilities across teams
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions
• Communicate updates, priorities, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders
• Organize project meetings and document key decisions
• Identify potential delays, risks, and issues, and help develop solutions
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers
• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
• Review project milestones and help keep deliverables on schedule
• Coordinate changes to project plans and communicate updates
• Prepare progress reports for management and other stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement in project coordination and delivery

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can balance the bigger picture with the details that keep a project on track. You should be comfortable communicating with different people, managing competing priorities, and taking a proactive approach when something needs attention.

• Clear written and verbal communication
• Confidence coordinating people, tasks, and deadlines
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools
• Able to work independently while collaborating with different teams
• Previous project management, project coordination, operations, administration, or team leadership experience is beneficial

Experience managing projects is preferred. Candidates with relevant coordination experience and a strong understanding of planning, communication, and follow-through are also encouraged to apply.

• Full-time, permanent position
• Location: Austin, TX
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
• Work setting: Office-based
