Job Summary

Coordinate renovation projects for residential and commercial sites, ensuring timely progress, compliance with design specifications, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with MCST, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate design elements and maintain project timelines across renovation projects

Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and subcontractor submissions to ensure compliance with design and project requirements

Maintain accurate documentation and records of design and construction activities to support project tracking and compliance

Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve complex design issues while incorporating client feedback to meet technical and quality standards

Manage time effectively and work independently to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery

Required competencies and certifications

Hold a Class 3 driving license

Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification

Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken

Other Information

Working days: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm plus overtime

Office location: Jurong / Pioneer Centre

Salary range: $2700 to $3500

Having been in the industry for years, a group of like minded buddies decided to embark on this journey to start the company after seeing the need to bring the current standards to a higher level. Understanding the needs of the clients, we believe in being pro-active, anticipating and reacting before the questions comes.

That's who we are, we go through the details, using the latest technology to create and giving real time measurements, we are able to generate quotations and designs as all of us are truly mobile, armed with laptops, measuring tapes and any other necessary equipments needed to ensure the drawings are realistic, quotations are accurate and the materials chosen are identical to the real carpentry being fabricated.
