Responsibilities

• Utilize case management software to log and manage work orders
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Operate office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanners, and voicemail systems.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide alternate solutions
• Perform filing and general administrative duties.
