We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in delivering high-profile commercial projects across the country.
This isn't just an administrative role. You'll be involved in projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.
If you're someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and enjoys being the person others can count on, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Support multiple Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative needs.
- Prepare, organize, and track project submittals, material schedules, RFIs, and documentation.
- Coordinate sample requests with internal shops and outside vendors.
- Communicate with General Contractors and internal teams to keep information accurate and projects moving.
- Maintain project records using Procore, Autodesk, PlanGrid, and company ERP systems.
- Assist with LEED documentation, product data, and other project requirements.
- Attend project meetings, document key updates, and track action items.
- Coordinate closeout documentation and final project submissions.
- Develop spreadsheets, tracking tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
- Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk, PlanGrid, or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand project documentation is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
