Manage resource persons effectively, motivate and continuously guide them for the effective implementation of the program.

Liaising with government departments to conduct meetings, events.

Being the SPOC for the block on all queries related to the program.

Effective monitoring of program goals.

Collaboration with the project manager.

Identify, allocate the program responsibilities efficiently for the success of the project by conducting regular team meetings.

Preparing Monthly reports, documentation and data management.

Job Skills Required

Minimum Graduation Masters Degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Work, Public policy.

2-4 year of experience in the field of education.

Experience in Managing teams and stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good at MS Office and Data Management.

Willingness to travel frequently to all the schools.

Proficiency in local language is must.
