- Oversee the management of equipment, supplies, and medications for the mobile medical unit.
- Coordinate the training, and scheduling of medical staff, including physicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards in all project activities.
- Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to identify target populations and plan mobile medical unit outreach efforts.
- Coordinate the logistics of the mobile medical unit s deployment to various locations, including transportation, permits, and setup.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance and outcomes, providing regular reports to project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the mobile medical unit team members and external partners, such as local healthcare facilities, allied departments, and community organizations.
- Support the implementation of health promotion and education initiatives in collaboration with the mobile medical unit team and local health administration.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient data, service utilization, and project expenditures and ensure digitization of data.
- Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that may arise during the project implementation.
- Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mobile healthcare delivery and incorporate them into project strategies and activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
