Position Overview

The Project Coordinator helps organize and manage the daily details of our construction and remodeling projects. Working closely with management, sales, crews, subcontractors, and customers, this person keeps schedules, materials, paperwork, and communication on track from project planning through completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule projects, crew assignments, deliveries, and subcontractor work.
• Communicate with customers about project timelines, updates, and next steps.
• Order materials, confirm availability, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project files, including scopes of work, estimates, contracts, invoices, and change orders.
• Track project progress and notify management of delays, missing materials, or other concerns.
• Help ensure crews have the information and materials needed for each job.
• Update project management software and calendars.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, inspections, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with tracking

Pay: $20.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
