Omkar Developers is a Pune-based developer of residential real estate projects. We are looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer (B.Arch or B.E. Civil) for project coordination of our residential projects in Pune.

Responsibilities:

• Design coordination with architects, structural, MEP and other consultants
• Coordinate approvals with PMC and consultants
• Review drawings and ensure coordination between design and execution
• Act as the liaison between the design team and site teams, resolving design-site issues quickly
• Track project progress and report to management

Requirements:

• B.Arch or B.E. Civil
• 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate projects, preferably in Pune
• Experience with residential projects
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills; presentable and organised

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 50,000 per month, based on experience.
