With a rapidly expanding operation, we are looking for a reliable and organized Project Coordinator who will be trained in Installation Coordination to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation projects and schedules
• Communicate with customers, employees, contractors, and vendors
• Track project paperwork, permits, payments, and documentation
• Follow up on outstanding items and help keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent Russian speaking is preferred

HVAC experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
