Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to support project tracking, budget monitoring, data analysis, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good organizational abilities, and experience tracking tasks and project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Procurement and EDA License teams for smaller software license renewals.
• Track renewal status, follow up on next steps, and participate in weekly status meetings.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track project costs against budgets.
• Analyze data in Excel and generate trend charts and reports.
• Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in budget tracking and cost analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare charts and reports.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple action items and deadlines.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, project administration, or business operations.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and software license renewals is an advantage.
