Heffernan Utilities is looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Water Project Coordinator to join our team at our Brighouse office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our water utility projects, ensuring plant and resources are organised efficiently, daily works are allocated, and clear communication is maintained between site teams and management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the water utilities sector would be an advantage but is not essential, as full support will be provided to the right candidate.

- Assigning daily works and coordinating job schedules across multiple sites.
- Liaising regularly with Site Managers to monitor progress and resolve any operational issues.
- Carrying out daily site update calls to confirm progress, planned works and any changes to schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of plant movements, job allocations and site updates.
- Communicating effectively with site teams, management and suppliers.
- Monitoring daily operations to help ensure works run smoothly and efficiently.
- Identifying and escalating any issues that may affect the delivery of planned works.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
- Confident using computers and keeping accurate records.
- A strong team player with a practical, problem-solving approach.
