What they need
Project Coordinator: part-time, 15 hours a week, six-month fixed term, Liverpool (office-based)
Robotiz3d is a Liverpool-based technology company working in the UK highways sector. Our ARRES EYE platform scans road surfaces at traffic speed with a laser profiler and a forward-facing camera. Our proprietary AI turns each survey into classified, geolocated intelligence that highway teams use to decide when and where to intervene.
We run several streams of work at once: customer pilots, product and AI model releases, certification work, support for contractors' tender submissions, and regular Board reporting. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to keep it all joined up.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the master timing plan: milestones, dependencies and owners across all our projects
- Keep the risk register current and produce the risk deck for the leadership team and the Board
- Run the team stand-ups and a weekly project review, and follow actions through until they are closed
- Keep tasks, owners and due dates current in GitHub Projects, and write a short weekly status summary
- Coordinate inputs and deadlines for reports, tender support and certification evidence
- Keep project documents organised in SharePoint, and help us automate routine updates and reminders
What you'll bring
- Experience in project coordination, project support or a PMO, typically two years or more
- Confidence building timing plans and risk registers, and summarising them for senior readers
- The ability to run short, focused meetings and get actions closed without line authority
- Clear, concise written English and strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Nice to have: GitHub Projects or Jira, agile practice, experience in highways, infrastructure or engineering, tender or bid coordination, ISO 9001 or certification work, or a project management qualification (APM PFQ, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI CAPM). No prior knowledge of road surveying or AI is needed.
The role
- 15 hours a week, typically 2–3 hours a day
- Flexible hours: we can be flexible on when you work, especially at the beginning
- Office-based at Central Tech, 31 Russell Street, Liverpool. This is not a remote role and will require regular office time
- Six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension
- £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience, plus holiday pro rata and a workplace pension
- Start as soon as possible
How to apply
Send your CV and a one-page covering note to [email protected] with the subject line "Project Coordinator". In the note, tell us about a plan or risk register you kept up to date, and how you made sure people acted on it. We review applications as they arrive.
You must have the right to work in the UK. We welcome applications from everyone who meets the requirements. If you need any adjustments to the recruitment process, please tell us.
