About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) manufacturer in Cottonwood, MN, to hire a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will support drafting, engineering, production, and sales teams while helping ensure projects move efficiently from planning through production. What You'll Do:

• Prepare project files and documentation for the drafting process
• Track projects through drafting, engineering, production, and completion stages
• Coordinate special materials and perform material takeoffs as needed
• Communicate with customers to obtain approvals and provide project updates
• Maintain organized project records while managing multiple deadlines and priorities

What You Need to Bring:

• 1-5 years of project coordination, construction, or related experience
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, blueprints, and building documents preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
• High attention to detail; AutoCAD experience and education in project management, engineering, construction, drafting, or architecture are a plus
