Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, clients, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, project schedules, and other documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and availability at project sites.
• Follow up on pending work, site issues, and project deadlines.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, site reports, and project-related records.
• Arrange project meetings and communicate updates to the concerned departments.
• Ensure proper coordination between the site team and office team.
• Track project activities and report delays or issues to the management.
• Support project execution in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
