About The Role As a Project Coordinator at Talent 360, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that project documentation and deliverables are properly managed. You will play a key role in supporting project teams, tracking deadlines, and maintaining effective coordination throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in project coordination or project management support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management tools and tracking systems is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to monitor deadlines, track progress, and follow up on assigned tasks
• Strong reporting, documentation, and administrative skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
