  • Identify discrepancies, exclusions or missing information in quotations and subcontractor documentation.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance records, insurances and accreditations.
  • Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, variations, applications and general administration.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including O&M manuals, reports and handover information.
  • Attend meetings, record actions and follow up outstanding tasks.
  • Support the wider business with general administrative duties when required.

Essential:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar role.
  • Experience raising purchase orders and dealing with suppliers.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Desirable:

  • Experience within construction, electrical, mechanical or engineering contracting.
  • Understanding of subcontractor orders, quotations and basic commercial terms.
  • Experience with project documentation, O&M manuals and purchasing systems.

What We Offer

  • £26,000 – £30,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • No weekend working.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Friendly and supportive working environment.
