Project Coordinator

At HIFraser Group, we're seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Repair & Overhaul team in Warriewood.

Working closely with customers, suppliers and workshop personnel, you'll help coordinate the delivery of repair and overhaul projects from enquiry through to completion. This role combines project coordination, procurement support, customer communication and documentation management within a fast-paced technical environment.

Whether your experience comes from manufacturing, engineering, workshop administration, procurement or industrial services, you'll enjoy working as part of a collaborative team that delivers high-quality outcomes for customers operating in some of Australia's most critical industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with customers and becoming their trusted point of contact
• Working closely with workshop, procurement and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of jobs
• Preparing quotations, purchase orders and supporting invoicing activities.
• Tracking job progress and communicating updates to customers and stakeholders
• Compiling and issuing customer documentation, including certificates and quality records.
• Supporting procurement activities including supplier engagement.
• Maintaining accurate records within ERP and business management systems.
• Monitoring inventory management.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
• Helping maintain a positive, accountable and high-performing team environment

About You

You may currently be working as a Project Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Workshop Administrator, Procurement Officer, Technical Administrator or in a similar operational support role.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, workshop, industrial or technical environment.
• Exposure to procurement, purchasing, quoting or invoicing processes.
• Experience using ERP or business management systems.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• A practical mindset and the confidence to work through challenges and find solutions.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a technical environment.
