Based in Onehunga, you'll be joining an experienced Auckland team in a business that places strong emphasis on quality, integrity, teamwork and delivering positive outcomes for its clients and communities.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
This is a fixed-term Project Delivery Coordinator opportunity commencing January 2027, providing cover within the Auckland team.

You'll work closely with the project delivery team, providing hands-on coordination and support across construction projects. The position has a strong focus on deconstruction, compliance, reporting, project documentation and document control.

This is an opportunity for an experienced coordinator who can step in, take ownership and add value quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate project documentation and keeping Procore and internal project records up to date.
• Supporting project set-up, reporting, filing and project implementation documentation.
• Assisting with PCG and site meeting minutes as required.
• Supporting the QS team with contract administration including variations, payment claims, cost monitoring and final accounts.
• Coordinating documentation for CCC applications, warranties, guarantees and council compliance.
• Working collaboratively across Project Managers, Site Foremen and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, build partners, suppliers and local authorities.
• Supporting project Health & Safety documentation and processes where required.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

Previous construction industry experience is essential, along with an understanding of project timelines and coordination.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous Project Coordinator or similar construction project experience
• Strong knowledge of project and tender documentation, including architectural and engineering plans
• Knowledge of construction consenting processes
• An understanding of NZS 3910, 3915 and 3916 contracts
• Strong document control and project administration capability
• Confidence managing multiple priorities

Above all, you'll be reliable, trustworthy and a genuine self-starter who is comfortable coming into an established team and getting up to speed quickly.
