Project Coordinator

Chevalier (Aluminium Engineering) Limited is a leading contractor of curtain walls, metal cladding, glass walls, skylights, louvers, aluminium windows and granite cladding in Hong Kong. We offer design, manufacturing, installation, testing and maintenance services for customers. 

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress, operation and workmanship
• Review / monitor design drawings, shop drawings, method statement and material submissions to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project within budget
• Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties including clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is carried out in accordance with contract requirement

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies/ Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering or other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Facade project
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Co-ordinator
• Well-organized, self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and good interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately Available is preferable
