Project Coordinator

About the role

You will be coordinating and monitoring all project activities within the construction industry, serving as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring all project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Serving as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders
• Maintaining detailed project records, reports, and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Identifying and addressing potential issues or risks, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Providing administrative support and general office duties as needed

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficient in using project management software, spreadsheets, and other relevant computer applications
• Technical skills: proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, etc.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Highly detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines
