Position: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background in fit-out and interior construction projects to join our team in Dubai.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in fit-out and interior construction projects – MANDATORY.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken – MANDATORY.
• Strong experience in commercial fit-out projects, including offices, retail spaces, restaurants, hospitality, and interior renovations.
• Knowledge of construction project coordination, site operations, drawings, materials, and project schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE fit-out construction experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fit-out project activities from planning through completion.
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on material procurement, deliveries, drawings, and approvals.
• Prepare project progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
• Support project inspections, snagging, and final handover.
