Job Description:

Mahir Home Base Services is looking for an organized and proactive Operations & Project Coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage vendor scheduling, task assignments, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with the accounts team regarding invoicing and outstanding payments.
• Maintain project records, cost details, and completion reports.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Civil Engineering or DAE Civil backgrounds and relevant experience may also apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
