Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Attend site surveys for new work enquiries and gather site information to support quotations and work planning.

Coordinate project and maintenance activities, including manpower, materials and site access.

Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all customer sites, ensuring work is completed on time.

Arrange appointments with customers and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) in advance for maintenance, inspections and other site works.

Monitor work progress, follow up on outstanding matters and keep customers informed of schedules and changes.

Prepare and maintain method statements and risk assessments (MSRA), service reports, inspection records and other customer reports.

Act as the primary contact for fault calls, including outside office hours and on weekends when required. Assess the urgency, arrange for technicians to attend the site when needed, and follow through until the issue is resolved.

Maintain accurate project and maintenance records.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Good planning, coordination and communication skills.

Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple schedules and follow up independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in project coordination, maintenance scheduling or electrical and M&E works would be an advantage.

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
