Project Coordinator

Coordinate excavation and construction-related project activities by reviewing project drawings, specifications, schedules, and site requirements. Use CAD and modeling tools to assist with earthwork takeoffs, quantity estimates, project planning, and review of site conditions. Conduct site visits to document progress, verify field conditions, and communicate updates to architects, engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Prepare and maintain RFIs, daily reports, plan revisions, compliance records, and other project documentation. Support scheduling, logistics, equipment coordination, material planning, and sequencing of project activities. Monitor safety and regulatory requirements to help ensure project activities comply with applicable codes, environmental guidelines, and company standards. Project-related travel is limited to the Osceola County area. Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Architecture or related.
