Project Coordinator – Construction/Renovation

• Position: Project Coordinator (Construction / Renovation)
• Location: Gambas Crescent, Sembawang / Various Project Sites
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Occasional Saturday site attendance depending on project requirements
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,500–S$4,200 Basic Monthly + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave + Transport Claims
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction / Renovation

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and coordinating construction or renovation works.
• Coordinate site activities with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, defects or site-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports and documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, procurement requirements and site arrangements.
• Attend site meetings and assist with follow-up actions.
• Support workplace safety compliance and day-to-day project coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Candidates with limited relevant experience are welcome to apply; on-the-job guidance will be provided.
• Basic understanding of construction or renovation processes and site coordination.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate with different stakeholders and work in a team.
• Comfortable with site visits and occasional Saturday attendance when required.
