Project Coordinator (Customer Service)

Manage day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements in a timely manner

Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues

Maintain and update accurate shipping data in the in-house system

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours:
08:00 – 22:00 (9 hours shift include 1 hour lunch time)

5 days per week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)

Requirements:
HKCEE/HKDSE or above

1 year of customer service experience in e-Commerce/logistics industry is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Good communication skills and a strong team player

Immediate availability is highly preferred
