About Soelberg
At Soelberg, we believe every surface is an opportunity to shape sound, influence emotion, invite touch, and create a moment someone remembers. We design and manufacture architectural wall and ceiling systems including acoustic panels, dimensions wall panels, ceiling baffles, dividers and custom solutions that turn functional surfaces into defining features of a space.
We started in 1996 on a simple belief: quality should never be compromised. As a family owned and operated manufacturer, we've never built our story around being the biggest name in the industry. We built it around being a company people trust -- one project, one relationship, and one carefully made product at a time. Every project that comes through our shop carries someone's vision, reputation, and investment, and we take that personally.
Our focus is texture. From decorative surfaces to high-performance acoustic solutions, our products show up in workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality, and civic spaces across the country. We partner directly with architects, designers, contractors and installers to turn ambitious ideas into buildable, high-performing spaces, which means our team spends real time asking questions, exploring options, and solving problems.
You'll find a fast paced, hard working, casual environment here, with real room to learn and grow. We're a small enough team that your work is visible -- the kind of job where you can point to a finished space and say "I helped build that". We're growing quickly, and we're looking for skilled and experienced people who want to do work that's meaningful.
