Location: This is a hybrid opportunity. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

About the role

As a Deployment Coordinator, you will provide senior level project management for a wide variety of large and complex projects to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget. We will count on you to provide overall leadership and direction to established project team. Along the way, you will get to:

• Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration and excellence
• Manage and schedule all inbound shipments, integration and outbound shipments required to integrate and deploy IT products
• Analyzes data, composes, prepares, proofs and edits internal and outgoing correspondence and reports, takes meeting minutes. Distributes a variety of material, such as correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to track and manage large, high visible, and complex project roll-outs

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of project/deployment coordinator experience
• Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills
• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project
• Demonstrated ability to do in-depth research and provide solutions
• Must be willing to work night shift schedule
