Project Coordinator / Engineer, Basic up to $3300 + Bonus, Central

Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing daily production plan and logistics schedule to ensure continuous operations.
• Contact and follow up with customer services and/or customers for complete information whenever required.
• Coordinate work order scheduling with Production Supervisor/Leader/Lead Operator;
• Schedules and coordinates within or between departments (sales, inventory, purchasing, production and logistic) to expedite production and delivery;
• To follow up work orders and notify customer service, sales or customers of availability/lead-times or any activity concerning their order status;
• To provide administration assistance among the departments.
• The management reserves the right to alter and/or assign further duties from time to time which are not computed in this job description.
• Air hoc job Production and Warehouse / Logistic related.

Job Requirement:

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Engineer/Coordinator related mechanical industries.
• Mechanical Engineering background is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical Design and Fabrication Processes.
• Experience with on-site measurement and sketching for production purposes.
