Project Coordinator (Engineering Submission)

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile comprehensive submission packages, including material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and factory/site test reports.
• Submit documentation to clients, architects, consultants, or government authorities, and closely monitor the approval status (e.g. Approved, Approved with Comments, Resubmit).
• Collect, label, organize, and maintain material samples from suppliers in the site sample room for inspection and approval.
• Maintain and update the Master Submission Register/Log in real-time, ensuring accuracy regarding revision numbers, submission dates, and response tracking.

About you

• Form 5 / DSE or above; a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of working experience in the construction or engineering sector. Direct experience handling Material & Drawing Submissions is a definite advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing tools.
• Basic ability to read engineering/construction drawings; hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
