What they need
We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to join our event team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on event projects
- Communicate with clients, suppliers & internal team
- Assist in event setup & scheduling
- Ensure project timeline is on track
- Prepare basic documents, reports & quotations
- Handle project coordination from planning to completion
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (BM is a bonus)
- Good in coordination & problem-solving
- Responsible, organized & able to multitask
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
- Experience in event industry is an advantage
