Project Coordinator (Event Marketing)

This is a key project host who aims to drive marketing campaigns and event marketing projects for the team. He/She will help to drive the projects preparations, including proposal development, co-working, and pushing the progress with internal and external parties. This role requires a high standard of work quality.

Job Tasks

×        All-round project coordination with the team and external parties, including sourcing, quotations and purchase order follow-up.

×        Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines

×        Support in drafting client quotation, cost sheets, layout plan and operational schedule.

×        Support the Manager with assigned tasks and ad-hoc duties, contributing to overall team efficiency.

Job Requirements

×        Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event management or project management in the event or marketing industry, preferably in brand marketing

×        Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related discipline

×        Proficiency in MS Office Suite

×        Proficient in written English & Chinese

×        Good communication and problem solving skills

×        Able to manage multiple tasks and workflow under tight schedules
