Jobscope

• Plan, organize, execute events and retail interior requests from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue, vendors, setup, and event materials.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage budgets, quotations, and event timelines.
• Oversee on-site operations, setup, and troubleshooting for projects.
• Support marketing efforts and event-related collateral.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
• Handle administrative tasks including proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements
📌Diploma/Degree in Events, Business, Marketing or related field
📌Strong organisational and multitasking skills
