Project Coordinator (Facade)

About the role

This role involves coordinating and monitoring construction works, managing documentation, and liaising between the main contractor, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions; identify discrepancies and raise queries promptly
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and approvals with the main contractor, consultants, and internal drafting team
• Track procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation against the project schedule
• Arrange site measurements and coordinate installation access, work fronts, and sequencing with other trades
• Monitor installation progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Maintain records of approvals, inspections, site instructions, variations, defects, and handover documents
• Attend coordination meetings, prepare progress updates, and follow up on outstanding actions
• Work with the project manager and site team to resolve technical and scheduling issues

About you

• Diploma or degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; relevant trade experience is also welcome
• Experience in aluminium façade, curtain wall, window, door, or glazing works is preferred
• Able to read construction and shop drawings and coordinate with site teams
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM or Revit experience is an advantage
• Organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable communicating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and installers
• Able to attend site and manage several work items at the same time
