Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a mandatory background in the solar industry to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate solar projects from planning to execution and completion.
• Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.
• Track project progress and prepare MIS reports and status updates.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor material requirements, dispatches, and site activities.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Identify project delays and support timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination.
• Solar industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of solar project execution, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive professional with strong coordination skills and practical experience in solar project management or execution.
