Job Summary: The Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing project implementation in the assigned area, ensuring the timely delivery of shelter repair, site development, and solar assistance activities. Based in Cox`s Bazar and covering Camp 21, the role leads field operations, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, work planning, monitoring, and reporting. The Field Coordinator ensures compliance with technical standards, donor requirements, humanitarian principles, and organizational policies while maintaining effective collaboration with camp authorities, communities, and partner organizations.

Duration: 06 Months (No possibility of extension)

How You Will Make a Difference Objective 1: Leading on project management and implementation in the field

• Lead and coordinate the planning and implementation of project activities in Camp 21, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of shelter repair, site development, solar assistance, and other project interventions.
• Develop, monitor, and update work plans, implementation schedules, and activity tracking tools to ensure project targets and milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, technical standards, organizational policies, and humanitarian principles, while addressing implementation challenges and taking corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Objective 2: Maintain coordination and representational needs in the field settings

• Serve as the primary field focal point for project implementation, coordination, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain effective coordination with Camp-in-Charge (CiC) authorities, sector partners, local authorities, community representatives, and other stakeholders to support smooth project implementation.
• Represent the organization in sector, camp-level, and coordination meetings, and collaborate with humanitarian actors to promote complementarity and avoid duplication of efforts.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with beneficiaries, community leaders, and stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and project success.

Objective 3: Team supervision and management, oversee performance, and accurate reporting

• Supervise and support project staff to ensure effective implementation of activities.
• Conduct work planning, progress reviews, and provide technical and operational guidance.
• Promote teamwork and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
