Project Coordinator (Fit-out)

Position Overview

Our client is a main contractor specializing in high-end interior fit-outs, They are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our commercial fit-out projects by streamlining day-to-day administration, maintaining rigorous document control, and facilitating seamless communication between multinational clients, designers, and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Administration: Assist the Project Team with day-to-day administrative duties for fitting-out projects.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact, liaising effectively with clients, designers, and sub-contractors.
• Documentation Control: Manage all project document submissions and correspondence between clients, designers, and sub-contractors.
• Site Support: Occasionally assist with night work or site coordination as project demands require.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role within the fitting-out, interior design, architecture, or related industries.

• Preferred Skills: Prior experience in on-site coordination will be a distinct advantage.

• Language & Communication:

  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail in documentation and correspondence management.

• Technical Skills: Competent in using standard office software (MS Office).

• Availability: Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
