Project coordinator (FMCG/ Chain Store)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate system development projects with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure full alignment on platform functionality and project requirements.
• Communicate with brand representatives to understand their needs and upcoming development plans.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from different functional units.
• Produce high-quality documentation and user stories to support smooth developer handoff.
• Monitor daily operational processes, including data analysis, product management, retail media campaigns and etc.
• Execute regular and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Coordinator is preferred.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, foundational setup, and algorithms.
• Ability to translate client operational needs into clear technical requirements for the IT team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and liaison skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders and line management.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and customer service-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good presentation, analytical, and documentation skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly in verbal and written form.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
