Scope of Responsibilities:

• Handles end-to-end technical writing projects for a global tech company, overseeing help center article creation and ongoing maintenance edits.
• Acting as a daily, client-facing anchor, the coordinator guides technical writers, manages stringent project milestones, and ensures seamless cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
• The role requires a proactive, agile, and technically fluent professional who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, excels at translating complex technical jargon into reader-friendly content, and rigorously enforces security and operational SOPs.

Who Thrives Here:

• At least 1 year of experience supporting technology-focused customer service, help center, or technical support projects.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical writer, copy editor, quality reviewer, or content project coordinator, with a proven ability to audit structured documents and writing guidelines.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating schedules, and tracking launch delivery timelines in a fast-paced, high-volume content operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical content lifecycles, cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and digital asset tracking.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), translation platforms, collaborative office suites (docs, spreadsheets, project trackers), automated staging setups and other AI-powered tools.
• Technical Understanding: Strong foundational tech background required to interpret complex documentation and jargon.
• Communication: Exceptional English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, paired with outstanding professional diplomacy.
• Critical Thinking: High-level analytical skills to scope large launches, evaluate content gaps, and devise practical process solutions.
• Adaptability: Agile mindset, comfortable navigating shifting conditions, sudden changes, and high-pressure scenarios.
• Collaboration: Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Completion of at least 2 years of college with no pending back subjects.
• A college degree in Communications, English, Information Technology, Journalism, or a related tech field is an advantage
