We are looking for an experienced, proactive Hands-On Project Manager who shares our positive mindset and high standards to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role for a skilled Multi-Trade professional with solid project coordination experience. Based out of Blackheath, you will manage several small to medium-scale renovation and maintenance projects simultaneously across Greenwich and local surrounding areas.

You will combine high-level trade knowledge with strong leadership, stepping on-site to guide trades, manage materials, keep projects moving to schedule, and ensure exceptional build quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Leadership & Team Management

• Lead on-site teams and sub contractors with a supportive, firm, and positive approach to get the absolute best out of every team member.
• Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent job sites, ensuring deadlines are hit without compromising on standards.
• Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach when dealing with on-site challenges or tight schedules.

2. Operational & Project Coordination

• Plan and align material deliveries, plant, and sub-contractor schedules to ensure zero downtime on site.
• Use Able's project management software daily to log site progress, update job milestones, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail across all stages of work to uphold our reputation for quality finish and workmanship.

3. Technical & Trade Oversight

• Have a broad multi-trade understanding (across general renovation, decoration, joinery, and property maintenance) to inspect work, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide trade teams on site.

4. Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Act as a polite, professional point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and local clients.
• Conduct regular site updates, address client questions clearly, and represent the positive, approachable culture of Able.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Multi-Trade Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in building, renovation, or property maintenance trades, with a strong grasp of how different trades interact on site.
• Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated experience supervising or managing multiple small sites at the same time.
• People Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, fair, and effective leadership style.
• Organised & Tech-Literate: Highly organized with experience using mobile/tablet project management software to track tasks and updates.
• Client-Faced & Calm: Professional communication style with a cool head under pressure.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence (essential for travel across Greenwich and local sites)

Pay: Up to £48,000.00 per year
