Project Coordinator - Health Sector

Join a busy Facilities team in Takapuna and provide key coordination and administration support across projects, infrastructure and maintenance programmes.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project/Contracts Coordinator, who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, managing information and keeping records accurate and up to date.

What you'll be doing:

• Liaising with project and facilities teams across the Northern districts to gather contracts and supporting documentation
• Collecting and validating contract information
• Maintaining and updating the regional contracts register
• Following up outstanding information and coordinating document collection
• Maintaining organised electronic records and contract documentation
• Providing regular updates on progress, outstanding actions and key issues

What we're looking for:

• Previous project coordination, project administration or contract administration experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience maintaining registers, databases or project records
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; SharePoint experience an advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and keep things moving

This is primarily a coordination, stakeholder engagement and information management role, rather than a project delivery position.
