Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate nursing professional development programs, ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The role involves collaborating with nursing education teams, healthcare operations, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing professional development programs and projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with nursing education teams, operations, technology, analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Support program launches, change management, and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Track project performance, KPIs, and progress against established goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, project execution, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and leadership meetings.
• Ensure projects meet organizational standards, priorities, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Project Management training or certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, nursing education, professional development, or program management.

Preferred:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in healthcare project coordination or program management.
