Project Coordinator (Healthcare Practitioner)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of healthcare marketing projects involving Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), medical communities, and clients. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve business objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, building professional relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective communication are essential.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and execute healthcare-related projects, campaigns, and initiatives involving Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and medical communities while ensuring project timelines are met.
• Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, and post-project reporting with data-driven analysis and actionable insights.
• Handle project administration, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate daily operations with clients, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and other external stakeholders.
• Expand and strengthen the company's network of Healthcare Professional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various medical specialties.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCP partners and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and HCP partners to achieve project objectives and KPIs.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and review all deliverables to ensure quality standards are met before submission to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in project coordination, event management, campaign management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and proven experience in organizing events or leading campus/community activities are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in an advertising agency, healthcare industry, or event management company is an advantage.
• Experience in leading or coordinating a team will be highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Experienced in preparing reports and presentation materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
