Project Coordinator HVAC

Qualification
Diploma 3 Any Degree
At least 1-2 years experience as project coordinator
Have connection with MEP, contractor or related parties will be an advantage
Good Communication 
Competent in presentations and demonstrations to B2B project related partie
Placement : Semarang

Job Desk :

1. Maintain good communication with consultants, dealers, and project owners. 
2. Prepare weekly reports and record any issues that occur in the field for reporting to superiors. 
3. Create repair plans and discuss the action plan with the team. 
4. Evaluate repair results and record the final process. 
5. Ensure there are no obstacles during testing. Conduct testing and hand over the unit to the user. 
6. Provide user usage and maintenance training and provide warranty certificates. 
7. Assist sales staff with site surveys and design. 
8. Check working drawings and match them with field technical specifications. 
9. Responsible for project supervision.
