Project Coordinator HVAC Contractor

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

In this role, you will helping the Superintendent coordinate and run jobs from our office in a fast-paced environment, supporting our field teams and ensuring smooth project delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track projects from start to finish
• Assist with manage project schedules, documentation, and communications
• Work closely with superintendent, field crews, suppliers, and customers
• Handle administrative tasks and project-related paperwork
• Ensure projects stay on time and within scope

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination or office management (construction/HVAC experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
