政府環保項目統籌 (回收/減廢) Project Coordinator/ Inspector (Recycling/ Environment)

月薪: $21,000 - $23,000

要求：

1. 大學學位 (學科不限)

2. HKDSE/ HKCEE：中文及英文三級/C級 (接受CRE二級)

3. 三年全職工作經驗；有項目管理/戶外實地檢查的經驗優先

4. 具備電腦知識（e.g. 中英文文字處理、Excel)

職責：

1. 管理合約並監督路邊和學校回收箱的收集服務運營，包括監督承包商遵守合約要求的情況

2. 對路邊和學校回收箱及其相關活動進行現場檢查，以確保合規性

3. 處理並回覆民眾關於路邊和學校回收箱及其相關服務/活動/事項的諮詢和投訴

4. 準備並更新與回收箱相關的內部資料庫和其他必要資料

5. 收集並分析路邊和學校回收箱的營運數據

6. 在管理合約的過程中，與各政府部門、承包商、村委會代表和學校在內的相關利害關係人進行聯絡

7. 為團隊提供技術支持，以協助回收箱管理的日常運作和各項措施

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. HKDSE/ HKCEE: Chinese and English Lv3/C (CRE Lv2 acceptable)

3. 3 years full time working experience; preferably with project coordination/ outdoor site inspection experience

4. Experience in computer knowledge and applications (such as word processing in Chinese and English, Excel)

Responsibilities:

1. To manage the contract and monitor the operation of the collection services of the kerbside and school recycling bins, including monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract requirements;

2. To perform site inspections to the kerbside and school recycling bins and their related events/activities for compliance check;

3. To handle and respond to public enquiries and complaints concerning kerbside and school recycling bins and their related services/events/activities

4. To prepare and update internal database and other necessary materials in relation to the recycling bins;

5. To collect and analyse data of the operation of kerbside and school recycling bins;

6. To liaise with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to different Government departments, contractors and village representatives and schools when managing the contracts;

7. To provide technical assistance to the the team for supporting

daily operations and various initiatives of the recycling bins management; and
